We take the time to understand what's actually going on. That means going beyond the site of pain; your history, how you move, what aggravates it, what hasn't worked. You'll leave the first session with more clarity than you walked in with.

Based on your assessment, you'll get a clear, structured plan built around your specific presentation and your goals. Not a generic handout, but a program with intention behind every stage. You'll know what you're doing, why you're doing it and where it's taking you.
Step 3: Review and progress
Recovery isn't always linear. Therefore your plan shouldn't be rigid. As you improve, we reassess, adjust and keep building. The finish line isn't just pain-free; it's getting back to what you love doing with the confidence to stay there.
