Good programming results in you feeling more resilient. Most people have never experienced what that actually feels like.


Your program will be built by a physiotherapist, strength coach and runner with over 10 years experience. Designed to get you stronger while accounting for the things that have held you back, such as old injuries, movement limitations and how your body responds to load. You get a targeted plan and the knowledge to actually execute it.

THE PROCESS

Step 1: Initial assessment

The first session is about understanding your movement, history and your goals. Everything that follows is built around you with a plan that will help you to reach your goals.

Step 2: Your training plan

A structured program built to match your schedule, training demands and goals. Every phase has a purpose and you'll know exactly what it is, so you're never just going through the motions.


Step 3: Review and progress

As you progress, we check in, review how training is landing, reassess your goals, and adjust the plan accordingly. Some people finish a block and move on. Others want to keep building towards something bigger and we start planning and taking action towards our new goal.
