How it works
Step 2: Your mentoring sessions
Each session is built around what's most relevant to you, whether that’s a complex case, a clinical reasoning gap or a bigger career question. Between sessions, I'm available for questions and to review cases as they come up.
Step 3: Ongoing support & continuation
At the end of each block we review progress and decide what makes sense next. Some clinicians get what they need in a single block. Others stay for a year or more. Either way, the decision is always yours.
